God says that His House shall be a House of prayer for all nations. At VCF we
consider Prayer Ministry the engine of the church.
When visitors would go to Charles Spurgeon's church, he’d take them to the prayer room where people were always interceding. He called this prayer room the powerhouse of the church. "If the engine room is out of action, then the whole mill will grind to a halt.” He believed the weekly prayer meeting was of utmost importance. We encourage the whole family to join in prayer, both at home and corporately. We are grateful to have a prayer team of people who hold strongly to confidentiality and integrity with regards to any and every prayer request that comes in.
These I will bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer, their burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be
accepted on my altar; for my house shall be called a house of prayer for all people
